EXCHANGE & RETURN
We have prepared this Refund & Return Policy to explain our practices regarding the methods for you to request a refund, a return, or a product change, if applicable.
Because you have 12 hours from the time of placing the order to make any related requests, such as editing the size or even canceling the order, exchanges or replacements are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items. For other cases, like wrong sizes or styles caused by the customer's incorrect choice, if you want to order a new replacement, we will support you by offering a 20% discount code (excluding the shipping fee). We sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Our policy is valid for 30 days after you sign for the express delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns on any products you purchase, regardless of the quantity.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have indeed received items in the wrong sizes or styles compared to your order, first of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at chic@wunboutique.com, and we will provide you with the return address. We will be very happy to replace them with the new items as per your request. Please note that customers will have to pay the shipping fee for sending items back to our warehouse.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In case of damaged or defective items, once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at chic@wunboutique.com.
